| Configure Estimate and Present to Client |
- Based on client needs, determine and configure an estimate for the project
- Send a formal proposal to client outlining project details and also the estimate for the project. The proposal will also include a contract that will need to be signed and mailed back to us. We will need to receive the contract and also the 35% downpayment before we can schedule the project for production.

| Design and Development Phase |
- Collect and gather material from client for website project. i.e. brochures, logo graphic, other graphics, copy/literature, etc.
- Create a basic site map that will outline the different pages the site will have within it
- Design a template page for the website
- Have client review the template page and make any design changes that are necessary
- Create the rest of the pages and insert material (copy/literature/, graphics, etc) into them.
- Create any misc. web services (virtual tours, flash introduction, forms, etc) and add them to their designated page

- Have client review site and make any necessary changes
- Cross browser check
- Check all links
- Have client complete Web Optimization Form
- Optimize home page for search engines
- Make site live
